Payment needs to be prior to or on the day of the assessment if the client is paying themselves.

This information needs to be received at least two working days prior to the assessment, otherwise the assessment may not go ahead

Yes. The amount is dependent on the type of referral and who is paying for the assessment. A late cancellation is one that is made within three working days of the appointment.
- How long will it take to get the report?
Generally, reports take at about two weeks to be finalised following the completion of an assessment; however, a shorter time frame can be accommodated for urgent assessments (to be identified at the time of the referral).
